Yes. For airport pickups, we monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts the pickup time accordingly — at no extra cost for reasonable delays.
Your chauffeur waits for you in the arrivals hall holding a name board with your name. They assist with luggage and escort you to the vehicle. This is included as standard on all airport pickups.
Absolutely. We have vans, minibuses and multiple sedans available to move groups of any size. For conferences and events, we coordinate multiple vehicles to run on a synchronized schedule.
Yes. Child and booster seats are available on request at no additional cost. Please note the ages and number of children in the special requests field when booking.
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash (KES or USD). For corporate clients and long-term partners, monthly invoicing is available. Payment details are provided with your booking confirmation.
Yes. Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Rescheduling is subject to availability and can be requested via WhatsApp or email.
